Of course, watching the number on the scale continue to decrease is a treat in itself, but something you can wear (in a smaller size) is just the motivation I need to keep going.
Keep taking those daily walks!
Keep on with the daily yoga sessions to clear the (ever so active) mind and build lean muscle!
Keep counting those calories and stay in the zone!
