I have seen so many great publications over this past week for suicide prevention. It would be impossible to link to all of them. I've chosen a few to post for you to refer to should you need it in the future.
I'm not a religious person, at all. The video you are about to see was made by a girl whose mother committed suicide when she was nine. Her life was instantly filled with depression and suicidal thoughts and attempts. She turned to God in her time of need. This is her story.
Suicide is 100% preventable!
