A Four Minute Workout - I'm IN!

I've put this working out thing on hold for far too long. This with Yoga several times per week will have me feeling great in no time flat.

  3. That workout you pinned reminds me a little of the 30-day Shred (Jillian Michaels). It's awesome - you do each move for 30 seconds, then move on to something different. Keeps me motivated to finish it also since its only 20 minutes I can do it during my kids' nap time.
