For the past four years, this blog has primarily been about mental health, bipolar disorder and postpartum depression, to be exact. I will no longer allow my illness to define me.
One thing that hasn't changed? I have the mouth of a pirate and will mask it for no one.
That workout you pinned reminds me a little of the 30-day Shred (Jillian Michaels). It's awesome - you do each move for 30 seconds, then move on to something different. Keeps me motivated to finish it also since its only 20 minutes I can do it during my kids' nap time.
This is awesome. I might be able to do it although those squat thrusts in the beginning... might kill me.
